In his letter addressed to the Belgrade Institute for Public Health, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection requested from this Institute to publish complete results of the analysis of water in Belgrade water supply system for all water safety parameters.

The Commissioner urged all similar institutions in the country, particularly those in charge of areas particularly affected by the disastrous floods, to do the same,to the extent possible under the circumstances.

In that regard, Commissioner RodoljubSabic also said the following:

In his letter addressed to the Republic Broadcasting Agency, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection notedit would be necessary, commendable and useful that the Republic Broadcasting Agency issue a public announcement to clear up all dilemmas that have emerged in the publicregarding the current suspension of broadcasts of cable channels by some operators and invited this Agency to do so.

In that regard, Commissioner RodoljubSabic also said the following:

The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection sent to the Ministry of Finance of the Serbian Government a letter in which he suggested that the Government should begin to proactively provide information on money inflowto the dedicated accounts as assistance forthe recovery from the floods.

In that regard, Commissioner RodoljubSabic also said the following:

On 18 May 2014, a PAYPAL account was activated through which charitable donations can be paid for flood victims in the Republic of Serbia from 193 countries and the region.

The account belongs to the Serbian Mission to the EU in Brussels and the funds paid to it will be transferred directly to a dedicated account of the Government of the Republic of Serbia opened for donations to help the recovery from the floods
