Born in 1963 in Valjevo.
Graduated lawyer with the bar exam.
By the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia dated August 14, 1998, he was first appointed as a judge in the City Judge for Misdemeanors in Belgrade, then on August 24, 2006, he was reappointed to the same position. On December 29, 2009, on the proposal of the High Judicial Council, he was elected a judge of the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade by the Decision on the election of judges for a three-year term in the courts of general and special jurisdiction, adopted by the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on December 29, 2009. By the decision on the selection of judges for a permanent office adopted by the High Judicial Council, he was elected a permanent office judge in the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade. He was a member of several working groups for amendments and adoption of existing and new regulations.
He is the author of numerous works related to misdemeanors and misdemeanor proceedings.
By the decision of the High Judicial Council dated December 30, 2009, he was appointed Acting President of the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade. By the decision on the election of the President of the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade, adopted by the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on May 23, 2014, he was elected the President of the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade.
By the decision of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia dated July 26, 2019, he was elected Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
