Recently a press conference with the working title "Let's be honest" organized by a young and cute team of the web site "Istinomer" marked the first year of their work. The main message from the "birthday" was - a one-year analysis and assessment of happenings in the Serbian political scene shows that of all the spoken promises barely a quarter has been fulfilled, therefore, on average, three of four statements that our politicians say are not true.
In support of such an assessment, they presented the table of the politicians who commonly found themselves "under scrutiny" of Istinomer, and were singled out as positive examples of those who managed to fill at least half or more promises, and were marked as recorders in making promises ...
As the reason for the weak result, one Minister stated that "his personality to guarantee that something will be done, set himeslf deadlines even though nobody required that from him, and then he can not realize them."
More interesting, correct and also the erroneous statement. For forecasting, ensuring fulfillment, then prolongation and ultimately failure of the deadlines which are self imposed, is the general manner, rather than individual specificity.
In this respect, some results of opinion polls that are presented in this situation, ar every indicative. Eg. a very high percentage, 99% or 98% of citizens think that the promises for the new jobs, reduction of corruption, the stability of the dinar, free shares of a thousand euros, a better standard were not fulfilles. If this may be assumed, it is really interesting that on the question - is the promise, "the white Schengen" fulfilled, even 89% of people responded negatively. It turns out that this high percentage of the population does not know that visas are abolished. It is not a case of ignorance, but quite another matter. The message is - too many lies spread apathy, hopelessness and distrust. It has the effect that those who say them are not recognized even when they exercise the truth. Therefore, it may sound naive or not, but true, actual message is - Let's be honest.
