Requests of public for the access to the information of the public provision, that are brought based on the Law about the free access to the information, almost as a rule have been faced with the resistance. Of course that is, indicative and disturbing, but at the same time "logical", if it's known that these information have been withheld, literally in dramatic proportions, even in the frame of state, inside control measures.
For example, Republic authority for the public provision yearly report submitted nearly 2 thousands subjects. There is no knowledge about the number of obliged, for sure, but the supposition is nearly about 12 thousands. We can't tell for sure what are their yearly expanses for the public provision, but again with the hard basis it is supposed that they spent over 15% of all state products.By the way, supposition that is in force, in the international relations, means that, when it is also about the countries that have highly bigger public power and more efficient external and internal control systems, damage of the corruption in public provision is not less than 10% of agreed evaluation and higher. Could the quantity of damage in our case be supposed? Of course it can. And evident fear from the public and control is saying that it is not the supposition when it is about the large numbers.
