Hiding the information of public importance unfortunately is usual practice in our society and institutions. Mr. Sabic is totally right when he says that people are prevented, in all ways, to get the requested information, even if that right has been guaranteed by the constitution. I will explain that by my example. There's no need to mention that the making such illegal and absurd solution was hidden from me, like interested party in the procedure and other dwellers. When I verbally asked to see that document and all other scripts about the building, I came to number of difficulties. First they asked to bring them the claim in writing, which I did. When I asked for permission to the documents, they always delayed in order to make it impossible, making many excuses. Either it wasn't sorted, or they didn't have time, or they had plenty of work. At the end they promised me they would call me when it's ready. Of course, they never did, hoping I will quit and that all terms for complaints will be over. I can't believe that anybody would sit with arms crossed waiting for them to demolish his house. Then I went to Mr. Sabic and his office, brought charges against authorized persons, director Nikola Vlajic and layer Jasmina Stancevic, because they were always saying that there was no problem, and they haven't handed me the requested documents. In this terrible situation in which I am, when I am expecting them to wall the entering to the apartment, the office of Commissioner helped me very much, because they reacted instantly. And it is also sad, that I can have my rights just through the charges and complaints. Is this democratic Government? And now, when they have been ordered to collect the scripts for me, I am still waiting. It seams like the layer in small environment, thinks that the law can't harm him and he hopes to have a long court procedure.
