At the invitation of the Chamber of Health Institutions of Serbia, on May 29, 2026, lecturers from the Office of the Commissioner, Natasa Mirjanić and Marin Cetinić, held a training session on the application of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance and the Law on Personal Data Protection for employees of healthcare institutions in the Republic of Serbia.

Training sessions in both areas under the Commissioner's competence were implemented within the framework of the traditional Expert Consultation that the Chamber organizes every year in Zlatibor.

This expert meeting was an opportunity to exchange professional experiences, improve knowledge, and discuss current issues and challenges in the application of both laws in the healthcare system.  Around 80 participants attended the training sessions.

Realization of these trainings represents a continuation of the successful cooperation with the Chamber of Health Institutions of Serbia, which began in 2024 and covered 23 administrative districts in the Republic of Serbia. Given the importance of continuous education, professional development, and exchange of experiences, the cooperation will continue in the upcoming period.
