I. Case Statistics
In March 2026, the Commissioner’s Office received a total of 2541 cases, including:
• 1344 cases in connection with access to information,
• 873 cases in connection with personal data protection,
• 35 cases relating to misdemeanor proceedings,
• 289 cases relating to both areas of work and actions of the Commissioner’s Office.
