The guide covers questions spanning from some basic concepts such as "What is information of public importance" to "What should one complaint contain and how to submit it" and "What decision does the Commissioner bring?" regarding the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance and also some questions such as "What is personal data" and "In case of the breach of my personal data, could I claim compensation?" if interested in the Law on Personal Data Protection.
